*EXCLUSIVE* Woodland Hills, CA - Amanda Bynes, looking a bit like Miley Cyrus today, was out and about in Woodland Hills wearing a low cut shirt that showed off her cleavage with short leopard print shorts, exposing her thin, bruised legs. Amanda dropped by Starbucks to quench her thirst with a Hibiscus iced tea and then stayed in her car rearranging a checkered blanket that was out on her dashboard. The blonde actress also stopped by a CVS Pharmacy, where she walked in and out of the store three times- each time forgetting where she parked. Amanda drove around her dented BMW (which could use a car wash) and at one point parked her car in front of a fire hydrant to talk on the phone. Amanda has been in the news lately for her reckless driving and today was no different.AKM-GSI August 14, 2012To License These Photos, Please Contact :Steve Ginsburg(310) 505-8447(323) 4239397steve@ginsburgspalyinc.comsales@ginsburgspalyinc.comorKeith Stockwell(310) 261-8649(323) 325-8055 keith@ginsburgspalyinc.comginsburgspalyinc@gmail.com
